 At the end of the nomination phase, on December 09, 2018, nine candidates had been nominated for nine positions. In accordance with Article VII, Section 4, of the [https://iaoa.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/IAOA-ByLaws-V1.2.doc.pdf Bylaws of IAOA in Italy], also adopted for this election, the following rule becomes effective:
 "If the number of candidates is not larger than the number of vacancies, no ballot is required and the nominated candidates are deemed to have been elected."
